I was buying 2-3
houses a month using other peoples money and credit! *Just a
little note to that - I am not trying to to impress you with
any of the "I bought 100 houses my first year B.S."
I was, however, making an Insane Amount of Cash compared to
what my hourly figure was in the corporate world. In fact,

average of about 8 hours a week on my real estate investing
business and I was able to spend my free time with my wife and
kids. I was able to go to football games, baseball games,
attend the kids' swim meets, the whole works - and I had
missed a lot of that in the beginning because of the J.O.B.
